Woo Hoo! This was just the excuse I needed for a day with my Husband sans kiddos. Now don't get me wrong, I love spending time with my girls, and even considered a beach day of play... but I have also learned when to seize the moment and ask my Dad and Stepmom to keep them for a few hours so Hubs and I can spend time together.
Now, it wasn't a full day of play, more like an hour... of kayaking...but, super fun all the same!
We headed over to Beaufort, NC to rent a tandem kayak... then we paddled Taylor's Creek:

Such a fun Inspiration Workshop... our little Kayaking adventure made for a fun afternoon. :-)
